 Information and communication technology (ICT) are powerful tools that have the potential to improve our lives in countless way. Like computer, smartphones internet and social media, has completely changed how we live, interact and work/ study. 


As I reflect on the impact of ICT in my life, society and professional journey, I am struck by it's influence on a modern society. Moreover ICTs are being used to improve healthcare delivery, with telemedicine, online health resources, and helping to diagnose and treat patients more effectively and helped businesses operate more efficiently and reach new customers, like Online shopping, this online shopping created new industries and opportunities,routine.


 Smartphone, and social media made it easier and faster to connect with people all over the world. We can talk to family and friends no matter where they are. We can access information instantly from news and entertainment, however we need to be critical of the information we see because not everything we encounter online is true. We must examine it carefully to avoid falling prey to fake news or false information and excessive screen time and social media addiction have led to concerns about mental health and social isolation And Through ICT, we enjoy countless forms of media, like YouTube, we can learn new things quickly by watching tutorial on YouTube. 


ICT have changed education a lot the Good things include easier access to information, learning that fits each student's needs, and better ways for students and teachers to work together. But, not everyone has equal access to technology, and there are worries about cheating and online safety. That's why It's important to use technology wisely, so students learn without using ai and stay safe online.


Moreover ICTs are being used to improve healthcare delivery, with telemedicine, online health resources, and helping to diagnose and treat patients more effectively and helped businesses operate more efficiently and reach new customers, like Online shopping, this online shopping created new industries and opportunities, especially in this time when online shopping is widespread that why ICT became important part of our daily life
